I received a message that the access code is already in use. The previous user did not log out of the system on that computer after establishing their account. The previous user will need to log back into the system using their user name and password. They then will need to click the log-out button. Closing the browser will not log the user out of the system. A new access code will have to be entered to setup a new account. The original access code will have to be reset in the system. Send the original access code to ezrecords_help@aces.illinois.edu with an explanation of your problem.
