What is wrong when opening EZ Records, users(students) view a different student's record book? This problem is new and has been reported with the new version of Internet Explorer. The suggested procedure is to restart the computer after closing the browser. If assistance is needed contact ITCS at ezrecords_help@aces.illinois.edu .
