When a user is unable to save data ITCS suggests restarting the computer and reentering the data. If the saving problem is not corrected your system may have an error or EZ Records is not functioning correctly, contact ITCS at (866-289-5468) or ezrecords_help@aces.illinois.edu for assistance or solutions.
