How do we determine which access codes we have purchased are open and which codes have been used? ITCS does not have a method of determining which codes are open and which codes are in use. Contact ITCS at ezrecords_help@aces.illinois.edu for assistance, ITCS will send a copy of the school's login table that contains each student's name, login info and the access code used to create or renew the student account. This list may be compared with the list of codes received at time of purchase to determine which codes are actively being used.
