Teacher has not received their access codes and has received the bill for the order? EZ Records access codes are shipped to teachers via email from a server that automatically generates the number of individually access code ordered. Check your junk mail to verify that the filters used by the e-mail system have not sent the e-mail to the funk file. Many schools use a filter on e-mail to reduce the volume of junk mail and one of the criteria that may be used includes e-mail messages that are automatically generated. Contact ITCS at ezrecords_help@aces.illinois.edu for assistance, a duplicate copy of your access codes will be sent. On rare occasions an e-mail is entered into the ordering system incorrectly and the EZ Records access codes are not delivered. Contact ITCS at ezrecords_help@aces.illinois.edu for assistance. If EZ Records access codes are not received in a few days after placing the order a list of the codes will be sent.
